Lake Seven Remodel

Lake Seven, Frazee, MN

This RCH Home & Design remodel client wanted to update their home while keeping the existing oak cabinetry. RCH designer, Stacey Morris, cooled down the oak by using a palette of warm greys, creams, and taupes. Kitchen countertops were replaced with “Empress” quartz, walls were painted in Benjamin Moore’s “Revere Pewter,” luxury vinyl plank flooring and new carpet were installed. The kitchen was updated with a natural stone tile back splash, a brushed gold chandelier, new plumbing fixtures, and champagne bronze cabinetry hardware. Grey split-face stone was added to the kitchen island and living room fireplace. White tile was replaced in the kitchen window and guest bathroom. This is a great example of how to modernize your home and keep your existing cabinets.
